Palma Vela has been held since 2004 and is already a renown event on the international calendar! This regatta takes place in the Bay of Palma. Since its inauguration, Palma Vela has been able to satisfy its participants, bringing together great sailors from around the world!

Phare Mediterranean Regatta
Throughout the years, the main objective of this regatta has been to showcase the wide range of possibilities that sailing offers. It has always been organised by the Real Club Nautico de Palma. This regatta, which takes place in the Mediterranean at the beginning of the season, includes 12 differents classes of boats. These classes include traditional classics, Olympic disabled boats and Latin Sails. Not to mention that this regatta specialises in the Wally and Maxi classes of large yachts.
Over the years, the Palma Vela regatta has attracted more and more crews. The high level of competition, famous sponsors, professional crews and modern yachts create an incredible atmosphere for this race.
A varied programme of events accompanies the races. The organisers of the regatta do not only think about the competitions, but also about the interesting evening programme with receptions and music. Something for everyone who comes to the regatta!
