RADIANCE: Lunch Onboard

At Boat Shows, and particularly at Charter Shows, it is common to be invited on board for a lunch to sample the chefs' cooking. Our Charter Director was invited on board RADIANCE, a beautiful sailing yacht we have sold twice.

RADIANCE : Elegance and Comfort

The BGYB team had the pleasure of an invitation on board the 37m sailing yacht RADIANCE, available for charter with a crew of 5. After being sold, the yacht was majorly improved, becoming a luxury charter yacht, with all the facilities to offer the best service on board: a real cockpit has been installed to protect guests from the elements, a cabin is also used as a small gym, and many more nautical activities have been added.

The crew is very professional and helpful. Fabiano, the captain, presented the boat with elegance. As for the meal, the Chef, Suzanne who is American, delighted the guests.

Suzanne started out as a teacher in the United States, before changing her career path and studying culinary arts at the Institute of Culinary Arts in New York. Since becoming a professional chef, she has worked in top restaurants in New York, Boston and Atlanta, including training with Chef Thomas Allen as Chef de Partie at the famous two-star Michelin restaurant The Modern in New York. At the Antigua Yacht Show 2022, she was awarded the certificate for Concours de Chef for yachts 125 feet and under, proving her world-class capabilities as a chef.

On the menu for lunch we had:

- For starters: Cold carrot, curry, coconut milk soup with spicy curry Pepitas and grated coconut.

- For the main course: Salmon steak glazed in sweet soy sauce with a Chinese salad and peanut ginger sauce.

- For dessert: Iced sobet with fresh fruit crumble (mango, passion fruit, coconut), and topped with flambéed pineapple.

Healthy and generous dishes with impeccable service.

RADIANCE is available in the Caribbean from December to April 2023. Afterwards, this magnificent yacht will sail through the Panama Canal to the Pacific. Destinations and charter dates are flexible; please let us know your cruise wishes so that we can offer you a cruise according to your expectations and the ship's schedule.
