WESTWARD OF CLYNDER
Commissioned by Archibald J. Barr, WESTWARD OF CLYNDER was built by the famous Scottish shipyard of Mc Gruer known to be the Royal's fetish shipyard. She was exhibited at boat shows the following year to showcase the quality of her construction in teak and mahogany, and to dedicate the pencil stroke of her architect. Very sturdy construction, easy to maneuver because of her split rigging; she is a good seaworthy in all weather conditions and at all speeds as well as very comfortable even in bad weather! Involved in many regattas, WESTWARD OF CLYNDER has always lived up to her reputation.
