BGYB is delighted to announce the sale of Magic Carpet 3, a 30.40-metre sailing yacht built by Wally Yachts and delivered in 2013. Since the end of September 2024, BGYB is delighted to announce the sale of this legendary racing yacht. BGYB acted as the Seller and Buyer's representative in this operation. Built in 2013 by Wally Yachts in collaboration with Reichel-Pugh, MAGIC CARPET³ is a Wallycento yacht, a unique model in the world of high-end sailing. Designed to combine speed and comfort, it has made its mark on numerous regattas thanks to its exceptional performance.

MAGIC CARPET³ stands out for its remarkable technical features. This 100-foot yacht, made entirely of carbon and advanced composites, benefits from technical innovations such as a canting keel that optimises both stability and speed, and an automated rig that makes manoeuvring much easier. These innovations have largely contributed to her domination of the international racing circuit.

The yacht's impressive track record includes victories in the Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup in 2013 and 2015, as well as first place in her class at the Voiles de Saint-Tropez in 2014. She has also racked up numerous podium finishes at the Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta.

Another reason for her success lies in the fact that she was designed by the renowned Reichel-Pugh naval design studio, renowned since 1980 for its ultra-high-performance racing yachts, which have become icons in the nautical world.
